At that time, it had its own brewery, which was considered a rarity and specialty in Eger and its surroundings. The beer was brewed under a Bavarian license. Towards the end of the 90s, brewing was stopped for economic reasons, and the beer was delivered from the HBH brewery in Táborfalva. Over the years, the restaurant has undergone several minor and major transformations and changes of ownership. Its current owners are Zoltán Szabó, Attila Hócza and chef Tamás Angyal, who are closely connected with the HBH brewery in Kazincbarcika. The restaurant's managers consider not only the quality and composition of the dishes important, but also the introduction of products from domestic and international breweries. They organize several beer events every year. The Beer February is held in February, where the products of one domestic brewery are presented every week for 4 weeks. Guests score the beers on a beer rating sheet, which is then summed up to create a ranking. The International Beer Gastronomy is held in spring, where, in addition to beers from different countries, their national dishes are also served. In autumn, the "mandatory" Oktoberfest is held, during which 7 types of domestic and 7 types of foreign premium beers are on tap. Of course, homemade Bavarian sausage and Bavarian alkaline pretzels are indispensable.
